Digitised Reading Lists

We think it is more important than ever to create simple and easy access to the resources students need for study to help them get the most out of the Library and get the best degree possible. Making it easier to find the digital and printed resources you recommend is part of the answer.

To achieve this, we have a reading list service. This aims to take your printed list and to digitise it to link to online resources or catalogue records.

We aim to digitise all reading lists in all modules in ELE. This will include quick web links to:

  • E-books
  • Digitised chapters and articles (where legal)
  • Catalogue references to printed resources
  • Webpages
  • Streamed video via BoB or YouTube

If you wish to look at an example here is a Drama List

We have had some excellent access statistics with our highest used list having over 3,500 hits by students.
