Professor Pauline Kneale is pro-Dean for Learning and Teaching at the University of Leeds and has dual research interests in hydrology and in learning and teaching. She is the Director of the White Rose Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning Enterprise. She has a significant track record for her work on enterprise, intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship. In the past three years she has run a series of workshops bringing together academics from the University of Leeds and Leeds Metropolitan University to explore issues around teaching at Masters level.

Professor Ed Peile is Professor Emeritus of Medical Education, University of Warwick. As Associate Dean (Teaching) and Head of the Institute of Clinical Education at Warwick Medical School until 2008, Ed had responsibility for delivering undergraduate medical education, postgraduate education, and research on medical education. This included construction of a Masters and CPD Directorate. Prior to this at the University of Oxford his roles included that of Associate Advisor in the Postgraduate Deanery.
