University Wide Issues

Set iExeter to UK time

For the duration of the exam period, we recommend that you set your mobile device time zone to London, UK time (BST).

This will ensure that exam start times appear correctly in your exam timetable.

Emails not delivering to external student

Exeter IT are aware that some emails to third party recipients may currently not be delivered.

Please report any instances of this to SID.

Penryn and Truro Issues

The Penryn Data Centre experienced a major power outage on Wednesday 15th November between 18:00 and 21:00. The majority of services were restored overnight and on the Thursday morning. FX Plus IT will be issuing a full IT Incident report shortly.
