If staff cannot find the answer to queries either from notes, from help provided on this site (see links to the left) or from more experienced staff within their College or Department, please contact SID

In all cases please provide the following information to expedite your support:

  • Your name
  • Your full location
  • Your University IT username
  • Your contact telephone number
  • The nature of your problem
  • Your availability (if you are likely to be out of contact)

Request access

There are two types of access to SITS:

  • The main client server access requires user training
  • eVision access is reduced access run through your web browser and requires no training

From January 2015, access requests are made via SID. To log a call via SID, select the Software & Applications > SITS Request Form category. Requests to alter current access would also be made by selecting the same call category.

If you are unsure which system you require access to (SITS or eVision, or both), contact the SITS Team via SID.
