All forms relating to the nomination of examiners, submission of thesis/dissertation and the examination of research students are available below. 

When using or issuing a form please always download it direct from the website to ensure the most up-to-date form is used.

Nomination of Examiners

The process to nominate examiners is now done via MyPGR.  The supervisor should click on the link in their student's SRS record and complete the online form which will then be submitted electronically to all internal staff for approval.  For all queries relating to the nomination process please contact your College office as follows:
