Service Promise 

Advice from ISSO is offered free of charge and without discrimination. The service operates according to the UKCISA/AISO Code of Ethics for advising international students. Immigration advice meets the strict rules and standards of the Immigration Services Commissioner.

We will aim to respond to emails to isa@exeter.ac.uk within 3 working days although this may be slower during peak times.

We have drop in sessions as well as one to one appointments. Appointments must be booked in advance
