Forms - changes to study

All changes to a student's study need to be recorded and you should refer to the Statement of Procedures: Periods of Registration and Changes to Registration Status for Graduate Research Students for information on the following:

Periods of Study
Interruptions of Study **
Changes to Mode of Attendance (Full-time, Part-time)
Change of Mode of Attendance (Continuation Status) **
Transfer of Students from MPhil and MbyRes to PhD **
Extensions to Study
Withdrawal from Study
Students deemed Withdrawn
Termination of Registration
Reinstatement of Registration

Forms and letters were update in March 2012 so when issuing a form you should always download direct from the website to ensure the up-to-date form is used.
