Registration and student status

The Student Records team within Registry Services are responsible for managing student records and for providing related services to students and staff.

Please click on the links to the left for more detailed information on the Services we provide - a brief description is below:

Registration: Students complete registration for every academic year that they study at Exeter.

MyExeter: The student portal provides information on your modules and timetable amongst other things, and is used for registering online with the University.

Change home/term-time address: You can update these details through MyExeter.

Student status letters: We provide student status letters for a variety of purposes, including bank introductions for student accounts and council tax exemption certificates.

UniCard: Every student and staff member is issued with a UniCard for the duration of their studies/employment.

Changes to study: Information on changing your programme of study, interrupting your studies or withdrawing from the University.
