Resolved - Calls to Services on Campus

Exeter IT have resolved the issues with calls to key services on campus.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.


SharePoint & OneDrive service degradation

Microsoft has flagged that users may intermittently be unable to access SharePoint Online sites and OneDrive content.

Microsoft are addressing this issue and we hope it will be restored soon.

VPN Service performance issues

We are aware that there are some performance issues relating to our VPN service.

Engineers are working to resolve this issue.

If you need to work on files at home, we highly recommend using OneDrive for Business. For more information, see https://as.exeter.ac.uk/it/files/onedrive/

University Wiki service unavailable:

Currently, our Wiki server is unavailable for access. if you require access to your Wiki or content contained on this site please log a call through the IT Helpdesk (www.exeter.ac.uk/ithelpdesk) and mark it for the attention of the Exeter IT Operations team.
