Contact the IT Help Desk in person or over the phone to make an appointment at a Laptop Clinic. Please do not email for a Laptop Clinic appointment. We hold Laptop Clinics on both the Streatham and St Luke's Campuses.
Streatham Campus - Old Library Research Commons, Room 21
Tuesdays and Wednesdays 14:00 - 16:30
Term time only, excluding bank holidays & University closure days
St Luke’s Campus - Haighton Library, Student Presentation Room
Mondays 14:00 - 16:30
Term time only, excluding bank holidays & University closure days
Please note -
- The Laptop Clinic starts at 2pm, but that does not necessarily mean your appointment will be at that time. Although we operate a booking system, those who have booked will be seen on a first come first served basis.
- Although the Laptop Clinic runs until 4.30pm, we expect you to have arrived by 3.30pm.
- Whilst we can help diagnose hardware faults we cannot fix them.
- To use the Laptop Clinic, you must read and agree to the Laptop Clinic Terms & Conditions.
