Software Provision
Description of service
The software provision service provides:
- A wide range of software to assist the teaching, research and administration of the University
- Where possible, site licences or other arrangements to allow software installation on any University-owned PC
- Where licence conditions allow, availability of software for personal use by University students and/or staff
- Software purchasing facilities for University Schools and Professional Services, including special purchases
Cost of service
There is a charge for some software licences. Up-to-date information is available by contacting the IT Help Desk in the first instance who will log a support call and assign your enquiry to an appropriate advisor.
