Requests for screen content

Standard Requests

Requests to display information on a specific screen should be made directly to the local screen owner. Screen owners can advise on the size of images required for their screens. 

Event Requests

A screen's content can be fully taken over for special events, such as open days, offer holder visit days, graduation or displaying event information for conferences etc.

Requests of this nature should be made by the team organising the event to the local screen owner for approval. The local screen owner is responsible for requesting the takeover event by contacting SID. All requests must be made at least two weeks before the event. 

Approximately 4 weeks prior to summer graduation all screen owners should receive an email from the Technical Planning Team (TPD) asking if they wish to have the ceremonies streamed to their screens. TPD then schedule the takeover events for the graduation week.
