- Lecture Recording
- AV Technician Assistance
- Digital Media Requests
- Mobile Equipment Loans
- Audio Visual Equipment Advice
Video Conferences & Telematics
The Learning Spaces Support team cover video conferencing sessions in most centrally bookable rooms on the Streatham campus. Please see our Video Conference section for more details. At St. Luke's the team provides video conferencing and telematics support to the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry (PCMD). PCMD utilizes telematics to deliver teaching across its Plymouth, Exeter and Truro campuses.
Lecture Recording
Lecture recording is available via Echo 360. Alternatively, you can get a DVD recording of your lecture although this does not include any presentation content. In both cases these facilities are only available in certain rooms†.
† Please see our Notice & Cancellation periods
AV Technician Assistance
If requested, we can provide technician support to set up ahead of your lecture or meeting. This includes helping you connect your laptop†† to our network and presentation equipment, playing a DVD/VHS, or just help loading your presentation onto the lectern PC.
†† Please see our Terms & Conditions
Digital Media Requests
Various digital media services are available; please see our Digital Media section for more information.
Mobile Equipment Loans
There is no charge for mobile equipment so any damage or loss must be borne by your department. Equipment is limited and therefore we will only issue it to staff members who remain responsible for it and it must not be taken off university premises. The equipment is primarily available for teaching and event coverage†.
