- About Exeter IT
Academic Services develop and maintain world-class learning spacesAV, video conferencing and learning spaces
The Learning Spaces Support team provide Audio Visual (AV) support to most centrally bookable rooms at the University's Exeter campuses. Our primary role is to support teaching, however, we also provide support under bespoke contracts to other areas including the University's conference and events service via Event Exeter, and these contracts have their own Service Levels and charges.
All requests are subject to support staff availability and we require adequate notice in order to manage resources effectively.
All colleagues who receive AV/IT support from Academic Services agree to adhere to the computing policies and JANET acceptable use Policy.
You can find out about the structure and management of Learning Spaces Support here.
