Student Services

Student Services delivers the high quality support services that are critical to the student journey and to the delivery of an excellent student experience.

The division spans the full student journey from the point of first enquiry with student recruitment and outreach, through the admissions application process to arrival and on-line registration. Student Services is critical to every student and throughout their time at the university - our Learning Spaces team manage the refresh and refurbishment programmes that keeps learning spaces up to standard and the technology in them up to date. We deliver the teaching timetable and provide the support to ensure the technology in learning spaces works to support students learning. Our Registry Services Team manage examinations, provide the administrative support for post graduate research students and delivers one of the best Graduation ceremonies to be found in UK HE today.

The Forum SID team in the David Allen Student Services Centre is leading the way in HE service delivery. It handles all non-academic student enquiries and is the gateway to the core professional support services provided by the University. These include those within Student Services provided by Student Support Services as well as the Multi Faith Chaplaincy Team and the NHS Student Health Centre located on campus.
