Planning and Resources
The Planning and Resources Team within Academic Services provide support services for all teams in Academic Services, Colleges and other departments in Professional Services.
This team is responsible for the budget of over £21 million, and provide financial, HR, staff development, and Communication and Marketing support for 430+ staff in the service.
The team also lead on a number of key initiatives across the service, Risk Management, Customer Service Program, Strategic Planning and Key Performance Indicators to name but a few.
